Before you write
Many common problems have quick fixes. Check that the Reel is from a public account, that you copied the full link, and that the Reel hasn’t been deleted. Our homepage has a troubleshooting section with more tips.

We can’t download content from private accounts, recover deleted Reels, or help with accounts on Instagram itself. For account problems, contact Instagram support.
