Copyright policy

SaveItNow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. SaveItNow is a tool that helps users download publicly available Instagram content. We do not upload or publish Instagram videos on our website, and the original content is hosted by Instagram.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement through our service, you can send us a notice as described below. We review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include blocking access to specific content or links through our tool.

How to submit a copyright notice

Send an email to contact@saveitnow.fit with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include all of the following:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL of the Instagram content (for example, the Reel link) and any URL on saveitnow.fit that you believe relates to it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with: your name and contact details, the content that was blocked and where it appeared before, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was blocked by mistake, and your signature. We may restore access if the original complainant does not take further action within the period allowed by law.

Please note

  • Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement can have legal consequences.
  • If the content is still available on Instagram, the most effective way to remove it is to report it directly to Instagram, because we do not host it.
  • We may share notices with the affected party where required or appropriate.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict access for users who repeatedly misuse our service to infringe copyright.
